Payment, refunds, learning requirements, hiring disclaimer and how we handle your application data.
SirkupAI University is a SirkupAI online program: 90 days, 13 weeks and 39 live classes of 90 minutes. Tuition is PKR 25,000 per month for three months, PKR 75,000 in total. The first class has capacity for 100 students.
The application page shows the current start window. A window is provisional until a specific date is confirmed. Confirmed class dates, meeting links and changes are published in the campus.
When applications are open, pay the first PKR 25,000 installment to the business account shown on the application page and keep your receipt. The receiving account title is Sirkup Digital at Bank Al Falah. Submit the bank transaction reference with your application.
Payment and application submission do not by themselves confirm a seat. The team verifies the bank transfer and a human reviews your application. If accepted, you receive private campus access instructions through the contact details you provided.
If your application is not accepted, your first payment is refunded in full. Contact contact@sirkup.ai with your application and payment references for help tracing a refund. The team must complete refunds through the bank; a status in the campus records that operation.
For withdrawal, deferral or cancellation after acceptance, contact the team for the applicable arrangements before making a further payment. Ask the team to confirm any refund amount, timing or conditions in writing.
You need a laptop, reliable internet and time to attend and practise. Use your own student access. Individual AI-tool instructions and allowances will be confirmed before teaching and published in the campus. Access is subject to the stated allowance and the tool provider's terms.
Submit your own work, use source material you have permission to use, and describe where AI helped. Teachers give feedback and may request revisions. Students who complete the course and pass the final assessment receive a SirkupAI University certificate of completion. The teaching team will publish the full completion and assessment policy in the campus.
The course includes portfolio and client-work preparation. Hiring consideration depends on the final assessment, work quality and SirkupAI's current role needs. A place in the course does not guarantee a job, client, salary or income.
We collect the name, email, WhatsApp number, city, application answers and bank reference you submit. After enrollment, we also keep course submissions, feedback, payment-verification records, access status and administrative activity records.
We use this information to review applications, verify payments, communicate about the program, provide individual access and review work. Authorized course staff can access the relevant records. Students can access their own submissions and feedback.
If an AI review service is enabled, it receives the learning-goal and readiness answers to help organize applications. The scoring request excludes your name, email, WhatsApp number and bank reference. A human makes the admission decision. Avoid putting unnecessary private information into free-text answers.
The campus will use a necessary sign-in cookie to keep enrolled-student sessions active when campus access is enabled. Private access codes are stored as hashes. This application does not need your bank login, card PIN or password. Do not include those in forms or coursework.
To ask about your records, correct contact details or request deletion, email contact@sirkup.ai. Records needed for payments, course delivery or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained; the team will explain any such restriction.
